General Contracting:
This traditional means of delivery still makes up a large portion of the company's work volume. Bring us your plans and we will promptly provide you with initial budget figures. From there, we will proceed with the preparation of a fixed price proposal complete with defined project specifications.
Construction Management:
The use of our Construction Management delivery system is an excellent strategy and approach to the successful execution of your construction project. Our Construction Management system brings an additional practical aspect to the overall process, which allows the Owner flexibility in the construction timeline, while at the same time maintaining effective management of the construction process. In summary, construction planning and scheduling is done through direct interaction between the Owner, the Designer and Grant-Marion Construction.
Residential Builder:
Grant-Marion Construction's roots are in the residential field. Since 1971, the company has acquired and retained its most skilled carpenters and craftsmen qualified to build your dream home or accomplish your ultimate renovation. We offer full design services for custom homes or bring in your own plans for a quotation. Whatever your needs may be, our two (2) residential communities will surely meet any of your expectations.
i) Heron Court: A cul-de-sac neighborhood located in the East end of Cornwall; access to bike trail, bus routes and several other amenities.
ii) Place St-Laurent: This location offers access to the St. Lawrence River, proximity to golf and biking; a perfect location for your dream home.
Design-Build:
Made up of our resident Civil Engineer, experienced designers (CAD) and other technical staff, our Design-Build team will find ways to reduce construction costs without decreasing the quality and functionality of your final design. You will also benefit from our team's extensive experience in preparing complete site plan and permit submittals, as mandated by most municipalities.
Grant-Marion Construction Ltd holds a "Certificate of Authorization" from the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and is also a registered designer with the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
Pre-Engineered Building:
